Job Description:
As a Live Chat Officer at Qatar National Cement Company, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat services. This position is remote and part-time, making it perfect for individuals looking for a flexible work arrangement.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner through live chat. 2. Assisting customers with product information, account issues, and general inquiries. 3. Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally. 4.
