QatarDebate is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our organization and products - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with people management and cooperation - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
