Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through live chat channels, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat channels. 2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information. 3. Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments. 5. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with the customer service team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed set performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Strong persuasion skills to influence customers and guide them towards solutions. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
