Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative, working remotely for Qatar Aeronautical College. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our programs and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and guidance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalations in a courteous and efficient manner - Provide information about Qatar Aeronautical College programs, admission requirements, and other services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve service and processes - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues - Innovative mindset with a focus on problem-solving - Basic project management skills - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Previous customer service experience is a plus
