Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with team members to constantly improve and optimize the online chat process - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
