Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, creative, and have strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the accounting department by handling balance sheets, invoices, and financial statements - Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports - Conduct data entry and update accounting databases - Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account inquiries - Assist in preparing financial documents, such as tax forms and budgets - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in accounting or related field is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
