Job Description: As an Account Support Assistant at Vodafone Qatar, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team. Your primary duties will include assisting with client communications, maintaining client records, preparing reports, and handling general office tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with client communications and follow-ups - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Coordinate meetings and appointments for the account management team - Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry - Research industry trends and competitor activity to support account managers - Provide support with project management tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the account management department - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and research skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
