Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our Account Managers and ensuring the smooth operations of our cargo services.

Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with customers - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service - Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of cargo - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed - Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation for cargo shipments - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cargo operations - Support Account Managers in negotiating contracts and pricing with customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented and organized - Hardworking and resilient - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
