Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to our accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. 2. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. 3. Prepare financial reports for management review. 4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. 5. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. 2. Resilient and passionate about the work you do. 3. Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
