Account Support Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for passionate individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the energy sector.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and customer communication - Provide support to the account manager in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals - Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights - Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful mindset and ability to problem-solve efficiently - Passion for the energy sector and desire to make a positive impact - Strong presentation skills and ability to work cooperatively with others - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
