Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that can be performed remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the accounting department - Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks - Prepare financial reports and documents - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Communicate with clients and vendors as needed - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and time management skills
