Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Qatar Airways is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Assistant to join our team. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar, and will allow you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and resolving issues - Prepare and analyze reports on account performance and trends - Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor activities - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual channels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in creating presentations and proposals for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Support the team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated individual - Hardworking and dedicated to delivering high-quality work - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
