Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and possesses strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support to the account management team - Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports - Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills
