Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or field. This position will allow you to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist in managing accounts, including processing invoices and payments - Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues - Assist in creating and maintaining client records and databases - Conduct analysis on account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Strong analytical abilities - Ability to work independently while also being a team player - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
