Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a remote Account Support Assistant to join our team. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the accounts department in various administrative tasks. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports - Process invoices and expense reports - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies - Provide general administrative support to the accounts department - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills
