Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess strong decision-making and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support services to clients remotely. 2. Assist with account management tasks, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 3. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective account support. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and account activities. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong decision-making and research skills. 7. Availability to work part-time hours.
