Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare platform based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a passionate and independent Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Assist with strategic planning and execution of account management initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 4. Lead and train junior support staff to ensure a high level of service delivery. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or suggestions proactively. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Support the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the account support team.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Demonstrated experience in account management or customer service. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proven strategic planning and leadership abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
