Account Support Associate

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a reliable and adaptable Account Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in maintaining and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts by handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining client files, and responding to client inquiries. 2. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to the account management team. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests and projects. 4. Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals. 5. Attend client meetings and calls as needed to provide support to the account management team. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for client campaigns. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent research skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
