Account Support Associate - Work from home

QatarDebate is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in maintaining positive relationships with clients - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Monitor and track client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns - Assist in creating reports and analyzing data related to client accounts - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving our services and processes

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - People management skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
