Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers. - Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction. - Provide support and assistance to customers with any issues or concerns that may arise. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay informed and make strategic recommendations. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in account management or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Resilient and dedicated personality traits. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
