Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Woqod is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our clients.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies - Monitor account activity and provide regular reports to clients on performance metrics - Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling - Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to account management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Resourceful and driven individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
