Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Manager to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate-level professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions to meet their goals - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement - Develop strategic account plans and participate in client meetings to discuss upcoming projects and objectives - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch support to clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
