Job description:
Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or growth, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives - Provide strategic guidance to clients on industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for growth - Conduct analysis of client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement - Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner, exceeding their expectations whenever possible - Take ownership of escalated account issues and facilitate resolution in a timely and effective manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably in the aluminum industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights - Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
