Account Support Manager

Job description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing dedicated and resourceful support to our key accounts.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Coordinate with various internal departments to track progress on client deliverables and ensure client satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to grow revenue from existing accounts - Provide support for account executives and sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients - Analyze client data and feedback to provide insights for strategic decision-making and account planning - Monitor account performance metrics and KPIs, and report on progress to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours
