Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at MEEZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts remotely.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met effectively - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support services - Drive client retention and loyalty through excellent service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in key account management or client services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional service - Critical thinking and research skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
