Job Description - Account Support Manager


Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support key accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for account-related matters. - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure timely delivery of services to clients. - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account status and performance. - Assist in the development of account strategies and plans to drive customer retention and growth.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
