Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, providing support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Provide regular reports on client performance and feedback to the management team - Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and promotional materials for clients - Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are utilizing our services to their full potential - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Experience in strategic planning and creative problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
