Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Meddy, a leading healthcare technology company based in Doha, QA, is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a candidate with 6 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional who is independent, hardworking, and excels in negotiation and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication - Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services - Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets - Provide product support and guidance to clients as needed - Monitor account performance and analyze data to make informed decisions - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs - Experience in strategic planning and negotiation - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
