Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Foundation is seeking a talented and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and driving customer satisfaction. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and independence to the right candidate.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to ensure client success - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or related role - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving customer satisfaction
