Remote Account Support Officer

Qatar Solar Technologies is currently seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hardworking, with strong people management skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account holders, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions for account management - Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to clients - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is preferred
