Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Account Support Officer to join our team at Qatar Solar Technologies in Doha. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in handling client accounts 2. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients 3. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Assist in the development of account management strategies 7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong problem-solving abilities 3. Ability to work well in a team environment 4. High attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
