Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a motivated and organized Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the accounts team with various administrative tasks. 2. Assist in preparing financial reports and documents. 3. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. 4. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 5. Assist in resolving any account-related issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 2. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in accounting or finance. 5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
