Account Support Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at Mall of Qatar. This is a part-time position, with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing accounts and maintaining relationships with clients. 2. Provide support to the account team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth. 4. Assist in creating presentations and proposals for potential clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services to clients. 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to the account team.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong research and presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
