Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Meddy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing key support to our Account Management team, ensuring the smooth operation and management of client accounts. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in following up on client requests and inquiries - Manage account documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness - Support the maintenance of client databases and CRM systems - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Participate in client meetings and calls as needed - Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and persuasion

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Proven track record of working independently and being reliable - Strong soft skills in innovation and persuasion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Able to work effectively in a remote environment
