Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Account Support Officer at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting the financial operations of the company. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the accounting team by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports - Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry - Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and financial goals are achieved - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet workload demands - Engage in negotiation with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve billing disputes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience in accounting or finance roles - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions - Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards achieving team goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
