Account Support Representative

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers with client communications and account management tasks - Prepare and present reports on account performance - Provide administrative support to the sales team - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist in organizing and coordinating events and promotions

Requirements: - Strong presentation skills - Ability to take on leadership roles when necessary - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
