Account Support Representative

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for a resilient and dedicated individual who possesses strong people management and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in handling client inquiries and issues - Assist in managing client accounts, including updating information, processing payments, and responding to client requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client concerns - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Perform other duties as assigned by the account management team

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
