Job Description - Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description: Barwa Group is currently seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential support to our customers. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or account support.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Provide assistance with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and order processing - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Escalate complex issues to management when necessary - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes


Requirements: - Independent and confident with the ability to work remotely without direct supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent people management skills with a customer-centric approach - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent required
