Account Support Representative - Work from home

Snoonu, a leading delivery service company based in Doha, QA, is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to work from home. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any problems that may arise - Work closely with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations
