Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, providing support to our clients in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist with account maintenance, including updating customer information and processing payments. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 5. Use innovative techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 6. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to any issues that may arise. 7. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes. 8. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Experience with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Strong negotiation skills. 6. Innovative mindset and willingness to think outside the box. 7.
