Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Aspire Zone Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the accounting team in various financial tasks and activities.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts - Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Provide support for audits and compliance requirements - Assist with financial analysis and forecasting - Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and energetic personality - Strong innovation and analysis skills
