Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level individual with no prior experience but possesses the necessary personality traits of reliability and resilience. Additionally, the candidate should possess soft skills such as creativity and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in handling client inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist in preparing and sending out invoices and processing payments. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 5. Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer service. 7. Provide administrative support as needed to the account management team.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required). 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Must be a reliable and resilient individual.
