Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description: Qatar Rail is seeking a passionate and independent Account Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. 3. Assist clients with onboarding and training on our products and services. 4. Provide proactive support and guidance to clients to optimize their experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve their account performance. 7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support. 2. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. 3. Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively. 4. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs. 5. Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
