Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at Al Shaqab in Doha, Qatar. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our accounting team in various tasks. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes 2. Prepare financial reports and documentation 3. Reconcile bank statements and financial records 4. Support in budgeting and forecasting activities 5. Assist in audits and financial analysis 6. Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions 7. Provide customer support for account-related inquiries 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits 2. Strong planning and cooperation skills 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 4. Basic knowledge of accounting principles 5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment 8. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
