Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Woqod is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position will require a reliable and passionate individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, assisting them with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain client accounts remotely. 2. Provide technical support and assistance to clients. 3. Troubleshoot any issues that clients may experience with their accounts. 4. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met. 5. Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and systems. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. 2. Strong people management skills. 3. Excellent critical thinking abilities. 4. Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
