Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Assistant in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
