Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a skilled Call Center Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the operations of the call center.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or update information in the system. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Adaptable and confident in handling various customer situations. 5. Strong leadership and presentation skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
