Remote Call Center Assistant

As a Remote Call Center Assistant at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C., your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone from the comfort of your own home. You will be expected to handle incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:
