Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients in a professional manner - Providing information and assistance to callers regarding our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
