Call Center Assistant

Snoonu is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating with delivery drivers. 5. Input and update customer information in the database accurately. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a good phone etiquette. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Driven and energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Adaptability and project management skills to handle changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
